However, product colours, texture, grain size and appearance may vary slightly due to natural variation, lighting, photography, screen settings or production batches.

Images are provided for representation. Packaging, labels or presentation may change without prior notice, provided that the essential nature of the product is not materially altered.

4. Food Information and Allergies

Our website sells food and grocery products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether a product is suitable for their dietary requirements.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices may change without prior notice. A price change does not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical, typographical or system error, we may cancel the affected order and issue an eligible refund to the original payment method.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance. An order is accepted after successful verification, payment confirmation where applicable, stock confirmation and processing.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment failure or suspected fraud
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
• Delivery-location restrictions
• Unusually large or unauthorised quantities
• Previous misuse of Cash on Delivery

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.

Payments may be processed by independent payment gateways. We do not directly store complete card details, UPI PINs, CVVs or banking passwords.

The Authentic Bihar will never ask you to share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or account password.

8. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Coupons, discounts and promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum order values, selected products, payment methods, usage limits and expiry dates.

Unless expressly permitted, offers cannot be combined. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by misuse, fraud or a technical error.

A discount does not create an entitlement to future discounts or the same promotional price.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to serviceable locations according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by courier availability, weather, festivals, public holidays, government restrictions, incorrect address information, customer unavailability or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code and active mobile number. Additional charges may apply if reshipping is required due to incorrect information, refusal or repeated failed delivery attempts.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because we sell food and grocery products, returns may be restricted for reasons of hygiene, safety and product integrity. Eligible complaints regarding damaged, leaking, expired, missing or incorrect products must be reported within the period specified in our Return and Refund Policy.

We may require an order number, photographs of the product and packaging, the shipping label, batch information and an unboxing video where available.

11. Customer Accounts

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate an account involved in fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity.
